Music: Alain Morisod and Sweet People in concert at Christmas
Après une année enrichie de 90 concerts dont une tournée de spectacles au Canada, deux croisières, un CD de karaoké et les « Coups de Cœur » qui attirent une audience haut de gamme, Alain Morisod et Sweet People ont concocté pour Christmas deux spectacles intitulés « Concert de Noël », entre tradition et renouveau, pour combler leurs fans qui deviennent d’ailleurs de plus en plus nombreux. Cette tournée sera la 35e of the group.
They will present the classics of the Season that we never tire of, but also some new surprises. Not to mention the two guests at these two concerts: the popular Swiss singer Julien Laurence (who is in his 6e collaboration with Sweet People) as well as André Proulx, the extraordinary Quebec violinist who has become a bit of a “friend of the family”.
The first concert will be presented at the Zenith in Strasbourg on Saturday, December 10 at 8:30 p.m. The second will be held at the Parc des Expositions in Basel-Mulhouse on Sunday, December 11, 2011.
Sweet People wins hearts wherever the band performs. We love Mady Rudaz's moving voice, Jean-Jacques Egli's vocal and stage performance, Fred Vonlanthen's versatile talent, the quality of the musicians, and Alain Morisod's warm charisma. This year, the ambiance will be enhanced with sparkling light displays to reinforce the magical atmosphere of these Christmas concerts.
