Paris: Iggy Pop as Santa Claus at Galeries Lafayette
A major launch
To highlight this campaign, Galeries Lafayette is thinking big. A private concert by Charlie Winston will take place on the top-floor terrace, while the animated creations of rock dolls by designer Andrew Yang will be on display in the windows. In partnership with the famous store, W9 will invite seven talented artists to perform on a stage in front of the Galeries. The event will be filmed for the show "Talent tout neuf."
Un Santa Claus nouveau genre
The inimitable Iggy Pop will transform into Santa Claus for the occasion. However, we notice, on the poster announcing this "rock'n'fashion Christmas," that he has swapped part of his costume for an electric guitar...magical, of course.
Other surprises
Between November 9th and 17th, you'll be able to hear Mademoiselle K, Medi, Brigitte, Inna Modja, Imany, Joseph d'Anvers, Nadéah, and Cyril Mokaiesh. Other surprise guests will be joining in on this exciting atmosphere. Among other things, showcases and electric guitar workshops are expected under the store's dome.
A thunderous atmosphere not to be missed if you find yourself in Paris between now and Christmas.
