Even though I'm as old as you are today,
\nI remember how much I dreamed of you every year.
\nEven though I often counted backwards
\nSo that it's Christmas every day.<\/em><\/p>\n

I know you're still so busy
\nIn people's hearts you will always remain.
\nYour goal is to make children smile
\nYou like to give them lots of gifts.<\/em><\/p>\n

You bring them so much happiness
\nBy putting lots of joy in their hearts.
\nBut could you do a special this year?
\nWould you like to take care of our elders for a while?<\/em><\/p>\n

Our elders, who are often bored
\nThey would like to see their little ones that day.
\nMais, je le sais bon Santa Claus<\/a>
\nEveryone is busy, on Earth as in heaven.<\/em><\/p>\n

They too would like to be happy
\nLike when they were two
\nIn their family where there was plenty of love
\nIt was a little bit like Christmas every day.<\/em><\/p>\n

This Christmas party could be so beautiful
\nIf our old people weren't so bored on Christmas Eve...<\/em><\/p>\n
