Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your white cake recipe or a purchased preparation
\n1 ml of regular gelatin
\n5 ml of cold water
\n50 grams of granulated sugar
\n15 ml corn syrup
\n65 ml of water
\n600 grams of icing sugar
\n1 large egg white
\n30 ml of fat
\n3 ml vanilla
\nFood coloring <\/p>\n

Preparation :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bake the cake mix, let it cool, then cut into equal squares.
\nSoften the gelatin in 5 ml of cold water.
\nIn a double boiler, combine the granulated sugar, corn syrup and 65 ml of water, and heat for a few minutes.
\nPlace directly on the heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar.
\nRemove from heat and stir in the softened gelatin. Let cool until the mixture is slightly warmer than lukewarm.
\nGradually stir in the icing sugar. Add enough icing sugar to obtain an icing that is neither too thick nor too light. Add the egg white, fat, and vanilla and beat vigorously.
\nPour the frosting into 4 different dishes, then add a little red, blue, green, and yellow food coloring to each.
\nPlace the cake squares on a wire rack with a bowl underneath. Slowly pour the frosting over the cupcakes until they are well coated.
\nCollect the icing that has fallen into the bowl and repeat the operation.
