S\u2019il est un cong\u00e9 f\u00e9ri\u00e9 c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 un peu partout autour du monde, il s\u2019agit bien de Christmas<\/a>. Quelle est son origine? Voyons un peu ce que nous raconte l\u2019Histoire \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n

Vers l’an 336, au moment du solstice d\u2019hiver, on c\u00e9l\u00e9brait la f\u00eate du dieu Soleil, \u00e0 Rome, le 25 d\u00e9cembre. Les chr\u00e9tiens de la ville consid\u00e9rant cette f\u00eate trop pa\u00efenne prirent la d\u00e9cision de f\u00eater ce jour \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re\u00a0: on dressa une liste des chr\u00e9tiens martyrs avec la date de leur mort, que l\u2019on consid\u00e9rait comme leur \u00ab\u00a0naissance\u00a0\u00bb c\u00e9leste, afin de les honorer.\u00a0 En t\u00eate de cette liste, on inscrivit le nom de Jesus<\/a>-Christ. Vers la fin du IVe si\u00e8cle, cette f\u00eate \u00e9tait c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e dans la majorit\u00e9 des \u00e9glises chr\u00e9tiennes mais ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas encore une occasion de r\u00e9jouissance mais plut\u00f4t un rappel spirituel de la naissance de J\u00e9sus.<\/p>\n
