Then beat the butter and egg in a separate bowl. Add the honey, then the dry ingredients, little by little, while mixing until you get a smooth dough. Wrap the resulting dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This dough can also be made the day before baking.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin, neither too thinly (to preserve the tender texture of the biscuits) nor too thickly (because the dough will rise with the yeast). The right thickness is about 5 mm. Place the biscuits as you go on a baking sheet lined with parchment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cooking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F). Bake for 8 to 10 minutes (depending on the oven). The cookies should not be too brown. Let them cool on a wire rack.
