The ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

To make this delicious but really simple recipe, you will need the following ingredients: one banana, one kiwi, a few strawberries, 4 egg whites, 220 grams of caster sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. white vinegar, 20 dl of whipped cream and two squares of 70% dark chocolate.<\/p>\n

Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n

First, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the sugar, vanilla, and vinegar. Mix until smooth.<\/p>\n

Spread this mixture in a dish lined with a sheet of parchment paper (salted) and sprinkled with cornstarch.<\/p>\n

Bake in a preheated oven at 150\u00b0C for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, then leave to cool.<\/p>\n

Then decorate with whipped cream and arrange the chopped fruit on top. Sprinkle grated chocolate shavings over the surface before serving in a champagne glass.<\/p>\n
