Christmas only comes once a year. For this occasion, leave your computer at home and put your phone on vibrate, away from family, friends, and the true magic of the holiday season. During the gift exchange or at the Christmas dinner table, have you ever considered how annoying it can be for other guests to watch you staring at your phone sending endless text messages?<\/p>\n

Talking about diet during meals<\/b><\/p>\n

The holiday season isn't the best time to start a diet. If you still want to, choose raw vegetables over salty snacks, lower-calorie drinks, and ask for a smaller portion than usual when the main course is served. However, it's your personal choice, and it would be more delicate for you to remain discreet about it. Talking about diets and dieting, in the face of all these tasty victuals, risks embarrassing people who, precisely, weren't planning on thinking about their waistline...for once!<\/p>\n

During the holidays, focus on happy memories, good jokes, and lighthearted topics. Everyone is there to have fun and relax. Therefore, now is not the time to recall heated events or share your negative impressions with other guests.<\/p>\n
