First, 250 grams of quality dark chocolate, then 125 grams of unsalted butter, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 125 grams of icing sugar, 2 egg yolks (you will add the whites to your omelet tomorrow...) and 50 grams of cocoa powder.<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Break the chocolate into small to medium pieces and place them in a double boiler to gradually melt. Gradually add the cubed butter and mix well. <\/p>\n

When the butter and chocolate have melted, remove the pan from the heat and add the egg yolks (one at a time), vanilla sugar, and icing sugar. Mix everything together until the texture is smooth.<\/p>\n
