Apr\u00e8s avoir franchi le parcours \u00e0 dos de cheval, et avoir entendu sans cesse la foule scander Here Comes Santa Claus (Voici le P\u00e8re No\u00ebl), l\u2019inspiration lui vint alors d\u2019\u00e9crire un tel chant. Sollicitant l\u2019aide d\u2019Oakley Haldeman, auteur-compositeur, tous deux donn\u00e8rent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blognoel.com\/de\/charaktere\/jesus\/\">Geburt<\/a> \u00e0 la chanson Here Comes Santa Claus (Right Down Santa Claus Lane). Celle-ci fut d\u2019abord endisqu\u00e9e sur un single d\u00e9mo, avec la voix du chanteur-guitariste Johnny Bond, qui utilisa des cubes glaces afin de reproduire les sons des grelots. <\/p>\n<p>Gene Autry, der bereits mit Frosty the Snowman und Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer enorme Erfolge erzielt hatte, nahm eine eigene Version auf, allerdings mit echten Gl\u00f6ckchen anstelle von Eisw\u00fcrfeln. Das Lied erreichte daraufhin Platz 9 der Billboard-Charts und sein Erfolg wuchs stetig. Die bekannteste Version stammt jedoch vom verstorbenen Elvis Presley, und diese ist auch heute noch im Radio zu h\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<p>Viele andere S\u00e4nger haben Versionen des Liedes \u201eHere Comes Santa Claus\u201c aufgenommen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Bing Crosby, Doris Day, die Andrews Sisters, Willie Nelson, Billy Idol und Maria Carey, um nur einige zu nennen.
